About fraudulent orders

In order to prevent fraudulent orders and resale due to identity theft, our store may cancel orders that fall under the following.

  • Similar to previously detected fraudulent orders
  • The order was placed using a high-risk internet connection (web proxy)
  • Missing billing or credit card address
  • The billing address zip code does not match the address on file for your credit card.
  • The name on the billing address and the name on the credit card do not match

    Regarding fraudulent orders, we may contact your credit card company or other relevant parties.

    If you are a customer, please double check your card usage history from your credit card company to make sure there are no suspicious charges.

    If you notice charges that you do not recognize, please contact your credit card company.
